Faith Formation of our Children
At the Danvers Catholic Collaborative, our religious education focuses on the faith formation of our children in elementary school, and middle school. Our Sacrament preparation programs for Reconciliation and First Holy Communion are two-year preparation programs.Grades 1-7
We are happy to partner with you in the experience of faith formation. Your child is learning important lessons from our classes. These lessons can become even more meaningful when reinforced with daily faith that is lived each day at home, and on Sunday in family worship. We have updated our class times so that children from each parish can now attend Mass with their families on Sunday mornings. Going to Mass is the most important piece of instilling our Catholic faith in our children. The lessons learned there are reinforced by our religious education classes. We thank you for being the first and most important catechist for your child. We appreciate working with you and your child/ren in the important mission of planting seeds and growing in faith.

For Grades 1-7:
Cost will be $100 per child with a family cap of $300 for 3 or more children.
Grade 2 sacramental fee is $50 per child (in addition to the $100 class fee).
*Any child attending a Catholic school for grade 2 does not have to attend our religious education classes, but does have to attend all events, rehearsals, and is responsible for the $50 sacramental fee. All payments must be made out to St. Mary's or St. Richard's. Check's made out to the Danvers Catholic Collaborative cannot be accepted.A $25 total discount will be applied to any who wish to volunteer as a catechist.
A NOTE FOR OUR NEW & RETURNING FAMILIES: A Religious Education form must be completed in order to be placed in a class.
A NOTE FOR OUR NEW FAMILIES: You must also complete a Family Registration form in order to be placed in a Class. Click here to submit an online Family Parishioner Registration Form.
A NOTE FOR KIDS ATTENDING A CATHOLIC SCHOOL: A Religious Education registration form must be completed for kids who attend a Catholic Primary school for our 2 year sacrament program for First Communion. Although our Religious Education program for First Communion is a 2 year program, Catholic school kids are required to attend all events and rehearsals leading up to the sacraments of reconciliation and First Communion. They are responsible for the $50 sacramental fee.Grades 8-10 (Confirmation)
